Who operates this service

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using sign2close, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a brokerage or team, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

Your account

Your data stays yours

You keep all rights to the transactions, documents, contacts, and other content you put into sign2close. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you: to store your content, display it to you and the people you invite, back it up, and process it through the service providers listed in our Privacy & Data Handling notice. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content to train AI models.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including any client information and documents, and for handling that information in line with your own legal and brokerage obligations.

Electronic signatures

By using the signature features, you and the people you invite to sign consent to do business electronically and to use electronic signatures, as contemplated by the federal ESIGN Act and applicable state UETA law. We record signing events — timestamps, IP addresses, and a document hash — and make that audit record available to you.

We provide the signing tool, not legal advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a particular document may be signed electronically, whether the resulting signature satisfies your state, brokerage, or counterparty requirements, and for retaining executed copies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Plans, seats, and billing

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.
